Ben works closest to the day-to-day details of system reliability. He handles QA, testing, support, issue investigation, and troubleshooting, helping the team catch problems before they become larger client problems. A former auto mechanic, he brings the same methodical diagnostic mindset to software: reproduce the issue, understand what is actually happening, and trace the problem to its source.
